An employee/trainee who can demonstrate exceptional commitment, dedication and achievement in their work role over a twelve month period.

Award Overview

This Award recognises an employee/trainee who has gone the extra mile in furthering their career and demonstrating high performance to their employer, either through training or dedication in the workplace. It seeks to highlight employees who have consistently demonstrated commitment to their role, constantly going above and beyond expectation, who have had a significant impact on team success and have been engaged with company goals.

Award Criteria

Entrants will be judged on the following. Whilst not all criteria need to be met the judges will be looking for some evidence of the following:

• Willingness of applicant to further their career through additional training and qualifications
• Sustained excellence and high-placed performance in the workplace
• Clear and positive influence on projects and business objectives
• Serving as an inspirational role model to other employees, setting a standard for dedication and achievement in the work environment
• A reinforcer of the company’s/organisation’s core values in their daily work and interactions
• Exceptional contributions to team collaboration and morale
