This award recognises organisations that are actively driving positive change in Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. We’re looking for businesses that go beyond policy—creating cultures where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

AWARD CRITERIA (application may include any of the following)

  • Evidence of inclusive practices across recruitment, development, and leadership.
  • Initiatives that promote belonging and psychological safety.
  • Demonstrated impact on underrepresented groups.
  • Creative approaches to engaging employees in EDI&B conversations.
  • A clear commitment to continuous improvement and accountability.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Written submission (max 1,000 words) outlining your EDI&B journey, achievements, and future goals.
  • Supporting materials (e.g. photos, testimonials, data insights).
  • Optional: A short video (max 2 minutes) showcasing your team’s commitment to EDI&B.
